THE PROJECT

The reuse of existing buildings is always a fascinating topic.

The project involves the re-functionalization of an old Japanese mechanical company and its transformation into a residential unit.
We have kept the iconic elements of the old workshop, added a floor, removed the cars from the courtyard and made the roof green.
