Pozzetto is one of the best ice cream parlour of Paris, based in the quarter of Marais. His Italian home made gelato is well renowned all over the city.
RC//A was in charge of the project for the development of the new ice cream factory, that has been completely refurbished and renewed .
A neat design integrates new functional work spaces and the new production area.
